After ordering the products you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. When the payment has been approved by our webshop, the order will be prepared and sent to your shipping address. The shipment is made by a supplier appointed by WooDuck. You can follow your package sent by us via track and trace.

Delivery time

Products that are in stock are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of receipt of payment. If the expected delivery time is longer, this will be clearly indicated in the product description. In the event that the expected delivery time is longer, we will contact you.

Shipping costs

For every product ordered on www.wooduck.be the shipping cost is clearly displayed. The stated shipping costs apply to Belgium and the Netherlands.

If you are not present, it is possible that you will be invited to collect your package the next day at the nearest collection point of the supplier.
